Pricilla Dua

Undergraduate Student

Pricilla is a third-year undergraduate student at Columbia University majoring in Mechanical Engineering with a keen interest in quantum physics and materials science. Having previously conducted research focused on the integration of STEM pedagogy in traditional classrooms, Pricilla is now setting her sights on contributing to the advancement of fusion energy. Beyond her academic pursuits, Pricilla enjoys learning history, playing video games, and weightlifting.

Research Focus: Pricilla is currently collaborating with fellow undergraduates and Oak Ridge National Laboratory on the assembly and operation of the pellet ablation experiment under the guidance of Professor Paz-Soldan to validate several models of ablation rates and further the understanding of DMS pellet behavior.
